NextCloud: Heroku: Install: Push Up the Code

Add Git Remote
- Install Heroku's private git remote for the app
heroku git:remote -a infinite-lowlands-88888
- Check to make sure that it is installed
git remote -v heroku https://git.heroku.com/infinite-lowlands-88888.git (fetch) heroku https://git.heroku.com/infinite-lowlands-88888.git (push)
Pushing Code to Heroku
git push heroku master
Visit the site
Launch the web page to the app, but do not setup the app just yet
