NextCloud: Heroku: Install: Update Nextcloud Keys

Need to Tell NextCloud that it is done installing.
Obtain config #2
git push heroku master
- Check everything, code should be clean.
- look at the new config.php File
Obtain new Values
- There is a new config file. Obtain the following new values:
- Secret
- Password-Salt
