NextCloud: Heroku: Install: S3 Storage

Install NextCloud - Phase 8 (S3 Storage)
- Enable App 'External storage support'
- Refresh the Page.
- Settings -> Administration -> External storages
Add a Bucket
- Add a New Bucket
- AmazonS3
- Bucket Name
- Region
- Enable SSL
- Access Key
- Access Secret
- Set User
- Enable Previews
- Enable Sharing
- Check for Changes -> Never
- Click the Check to Save
Test the Bucket
- Drag a file to Save.
- Check on S3 Bucket, original files
- Check on S3 Bucket, clonetrail files
